What was your theme and why did you pick it?
-My theme was weather and I chose it because I like the in Of the 3 patterns you’ve made, which one is your favorite and why? -I think the coat pattern is my favorite because the colors contrast together so well. What would you recommend to someone starting this project? -Yes, this project is super fun and it's easy to be creative with it! 3 Sketches and Traditional Art Design on Digital Piece Final Piece What element is traditional medium and how did you use this element?
- I used markers to add some color to the piece. Explain your process and how you came up with the idea. - I used the lights and candy canes because it reminds me of the winter/holiday time and doesn't focus on just one specific holiday, but mostly all. I sketched the piece, drew the piece, colored the piece and uploaded it. I added text to make some part of it digital and used the burn tool to highlight some pieces. What would made it difficult? - Making the background all the same color white was a little difficult. What did you find successful about your piece? I really like how the snowflakes in the back are a tiny of blue even though I got the image as a solid white color. |
